These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and ub777 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ub777 or any affiliated entity. Such persons are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ub777 is lawful in your location. ub777 does not represent or warrant that access to the platform is legal in all locations.

ub777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. If verification fails or eligibility criteria are not met, ub777 may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and where fraud is confirmed, forfeit any balances and report the matter to appropriate authorities.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ub777. The following rules apply to all accounts and are a condition of continued access to the platform:

ub777 is entitled to close any account that is inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months or more. Prior to closure, ub777 will attempt to contact the account holder using the registered contact details. Any remaining balance at the time of closure may be subject to dormancy fees or, after an extended period, may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to keep their contact details current to avoid dormancy processing.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ub777 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ub777 does not support multi-currency accounts. The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated periodically without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. ub777 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network congestion.
• You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using third-party payment methods (accounts belonging to other people) is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the platform. ub777 reserves the right to adjust these limits and to request additional verification for unusually large deposits.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into your ub777 account and that is registered in your own name. ub777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be satisfactorily completed before any withdrawal is processed. Where verification documents have not yet been submitted, the withdrawal request will be held pending submission and approval of the required documentation.
• Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are typically completed within minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or where additional review is required.
• ub777 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. During any such investigation, the account may be suspended and the player will be notified of the reason for the delay.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ub777 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-tied promotions (for example, BPL season promotions or Eid offers). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, you must complete the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses may only be used on games or betting markets specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds used on ineligible games will not count towards wagering requirements and may be voided. Where a player makes a real-money withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Where abuse is identified — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, arbitrage betting, use of bots, or coordinated exploitation of promotions — ub777 reserves the right to void all associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on ub777, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino, slots, crash games, and all other products available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ub777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets. In the event of a technical error during bet placement that results in an incorrect price or bet confirmation, ub777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by product, market, and player account tier.
• In the event of a disputed result on a sports betting market (for example, due to a data feed error or official result revision), ub777 will use the official result as published by the relevant governing body (such as ICC, BCB, or FIFA) to settle the market. ub777's decision in relation to disputed results is final.

Maximum payout limits apply per day and per event. Where a player's winnings on a single event or within a single day exceed the applicable payout cap, ub777 will pay the capped amount and the remainder will be forfeited. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ub777. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud, including but not limited to providing false identity information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, creating accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses without genuine intent to play, or misrepresenting any information to ub777 or its payment partners.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use ub777 as a vehicle to process the proceeds of crime. ub777 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games, place bets, or interact with the ub777 platform in any way that bypasses the normal human-operated user interface. All activity on the platform must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional terms, or gain an unfair advantage. This includes but is not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games, coordinated bonus exploitation, and sharing inside information about betting markets.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. 8. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

ub777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
